Often hourly rates seem to be diametrically opposed to the creative
process. At Hammer & Pixel we encourage work on a per bid basis.
That being said, here are general purpose rates.

HAL editorial	$250 per hour
HAL compositing	$300 per hour
HAL animation	$400 per hour
Motion Control	$250 per hour plus stage days
Format Conversion	$250 per hour
Creative	$100 per hour
Digital Photography	$200 per hour
